I just placed my order, when will it ship out?
We have one day lead time- your order will ship out within one business day of you placing it (weekends excluded).

My order says delivered, but it is actually not here. What should I do?
Please contact your local post office directly and explain the situation. They should then be able to help you find your delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping over $30.00 to all domestic and $50.00 to international customers.

What type of shipping method is used when a replacement is shipped out?
We will use USPS First Class and USPS First Class International only.

Tracking states “Electronic Shipping Information Received”
Please give the tracking about a day to update itself once it originally ships If after several days it hasn’t updated, there is most likely a shipping error. Please contact USPS directly. If the tracking does not update within 2 weeks (10 business days) then please contact our customer service department with your order number as well as tracking

What do I do if my tracking number is not updating?
Give the tracking number a week to update, if it still has not updated please contact us at cs@duogreen.com

If someone purchases internationally will they be charged a customs fee?
There is a possibility you may get charged a customs fee. The buyer is responsible for paying any fee that may incur.

How does Duogreen handle returns?
If you are having an issue with your order, please contact customer service cs@duogreen.com
NOTE: Please make sure to have your order number and or receipt of purchase available.
We only accept returns within the first 14 days of purchase.
The customer must provide proof of purchase.

Does Duogreen pay return shipping?
The buyer pays return shipping if they do not want the item. If the product is defective due to a manufacturing error we will provide a shipping label.

How will we know when we will be receiving our replacement?
A customer service representative will provide you with a tracking number upon shipping. Also, you will receive a tracking number through your email.

What if I bought from a Third Party Site?
Please contact directly to the Seller you had bought the product from to find out their return and refund policy.
NOTE: We cannot give a refund for an order bought from a Third Party Site nor honor warranty if it is purchased from an unverified seller.
